Rosedene Cottage

• We had the most wonderful week in June in this idylic cottage which was so welcoming on our arrival.The cottage is so homely and comfortable with the most luxurious beds you dont want to get out of. Walking in this area was so beautiful with some amazing wildlife seen.There are so many pretty places to visit, gorgeous shops and fabulous restaurants and the pub opposite comes hightly recommended too.The owners pay such attention to detail to make your stay such a memmorable one we will certainly be coming back. • Without doubt the best accommodation we have stayed in England. It was our wedding anniversary and the personal touches left by the owner were very much appreciated. The cottage is a very high standard, extremely cosy and we felt very much at home. The owner made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be going back. Nov 2008.

Strawberry Cottage

• We were made to feel very welcome as we were visiting our newly born grandson for the first time, and a card welcoming ’the new grandparents’ was left for us. We thought this was a lovely touch. Feb 2009.
• Strawberry Cottage exceeded our expectations. The house and garden were superb and the welcome laid on by the hosts was exactly as we hoped. The village of Nunnington is lovely and quiet, we will have no hesitation returning again. July 2008.
• This is about the sixth cottage we have booked with your organization, all have been really good value for money, this one was especially good. Fundamentally good quality with a few extra little touches that made it a delight. Feb 2008.
• The cottage was even nicer than we expected. Pictures on the web are very good, but when you actually see the cottage it certainly lives up to expectations. March 2008.

• Strawberry Cottage is the best cottage we have ever stayed in. It was 5 star and we would definitely go back. It was a lovely quiet village, all you could hear were the birds singing. The garden is a lovely size and we also had access to vegetables there. We thought the biscuits, fruit and pint of milk upon arrival was a really nice touch. We met the owners who were very nice and helpful. June 2008.
• The perfect relaxing retreat. Cottage finished to the highest standard. April 2008.
• The cottage and furnishings were excellent as was the garden. The village which the cottage was situated in was beautiful with magnificent views from the garden. Overall the cottage/area was first class. Aug 2008.
• Owner had music playing. Milk and water in the fridge and had provided cakes. There were dressing gowns and slippers provided. Nice touches. Oct 2008.
